How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so you cancel them there. On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
Both options live in the app's Settings. You can export all of your data to a JSON file, and you can permanently delete your account — which removes your data from our servers for good. If you'd like a hand, email support@petbonddaily.com.
Does it work for cats and dogs?
Yes! Pet Bond Daily is built for both. Every activity is tailored to your pet's species, breed, age and personality — whether you share your home with a playful pup or a curious cat.
How are the daily activities chosen?
Each activity is personalized to your pet's profile — their breed, age and personality — so the ideas fit who they really are. A fresh one arrives each day to make bonding feel easy and joyful.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. New subscribers can start with a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription (Weekly $3.99 or Annual $29.99). You can cancel any time in your app store account settings.
